She takes the time to research appropriate care, nutrition, routines, and products, and applies this knowledge carefully, always keeping each animal's individual needs in mind. She is particularly mindful of safety, consistency, and wellbeing. She has looked after my two cats for me, Ina and Patrick, both of whom are sensitive and can be quite challenging, with ongoing medical needs. She was patient, calm and attentive, always sticking closely to their routines to keep them comfortable and settled. She handled feeding, medication and cleaning without any issues, and took the time to make sure they were happy and well cared for.
