Came for pre-visit after we booked, and to understand Maple’s routines. Communicative, and gave great photo updates throughout. Everything was left in order and ready for us when we arrived home. Seamless from start to finish. Will book again - thank you for all your help!

Very responsive, took initiative to do a meet a greet with our dog early in the morning before we left for a last minute booking, our dog who can be picky absolutely loved her and we've already booked her for a wk later! Highly recommend!
