I’m really disappointed with this experience. I booked this stay weeks in advance for Memorial Day Weekend, knowing I’d be out of town and needing dependable care for my pet. After dropping her off, I received a last-minute cancellation, which was incredibly upsetting — especially since I was already away and had to scramble to find someone to pick her up. It caused me a lot of stress and anxiety during a trip that was supposed to be restful and celebratory. My dog had experienced some mild GI discomfort a few days before, but it was already resolving by the time I dropped her off. Because of that, I didn’t feel it was necessary to bring it up — she was stable, eating, and acting normally. I expected more understanding and flexibility, especially given the timing and how much effort had gone into planning this trip around her care. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this situation left me feeling let down and forced into a difficult situation at the worst possible time.
They were wonderful caretakers of Belle! She came back to us so happy and well exercised. Thank you guys so much!

Our apartment complex boasts a completely enclosed and fenced-in yard, providing ample space to play, run off-leash, or simply relax in the shade. Perfect spot for some of our more shy guests :)
A typical day
We live near a few dog parks where dogs can run free. If your dog is comfortable with it, I can help them socialize a lot. If they’re a bit shy, we can just let them play and run around, or we can take a relaxed walk through the neighborhood or a park.
