Ever since I can remember, I’ve lived in a household with dogs. I’ve grown up with them and had my own and I absolutely adore them! I have experience with rescue dogs and dogs of a nervous nature. A few years ago, I rescued a Shih Tzu/Yorkie Cross from Hungary. She had moderate to severe separation anxiety and was overall quite a nervous dog on arrival. We spent a lot of training together and before long, she became a totally different dog! It took her a good year to fully decompress, but watching her progress and seeing the positive changes in her were so rewarding. More recently, I’ve started to dog sit for friends and family and love so much that I’ve decided to become a sitter on Rover!
