I have been working with animals most of my life and couldn't imagine doing anything else. Currently, I am an independent dog trainer and love what I do! I worked at Seattle Humane as an adoptions advisor which was one of the most rewarding experiences. I took care of animals on a daily basis at the shelter and matched dogs and cats with the perfect adopters. Before working for Seattle Humane I worked at a 24 hour emergency animal hospital as a veterinary assistant. I am trained and certified in animal first aid and CPR. I have extensive training and knowledge about proper handling and care for most breeds and temperaments. This includes dogs and cats that are shy and fearful of new people or environments. During my career I also worked with feral cats and am an expert with stress free handling techniques. I love having the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of animals and their amazing pet parents!
