Hi there, I'm Nicole and welcome to Doggy Shangri-La. When your dog stays with me they can enjoy a beautiful, peaceful home away from home. I can't wait to meet both of you. In our home your dog can roam freely from room to room and spend time in a family environment where they will be treated just like our own dogs. They can curl up in front of our fireplace on a cold winter night or stretch out under a shady tree on a lazy summer day. If your pup feels like they just need a minute to themselves, thats not a problem. We have a private suite where they can relax on a plush dog bed with a peanut butter Kong. We also have a very large yard shaded by white oak trees that keep our secure fenced in area cool. When it's hot your dog can enjoy nice bowls of ice water. This yard is doggy paradise, it's littered with bones, jolly balls, frisbees, tennis balls and of course lots sticks if they like a natural touch! My husband and I have been caring for dogs for over 20 years. We love all breeds whether pure or mixed. We also have been volunteering for a local rescue for German Shepherds for over a year now. We have fostered 32 dogs in total and have helped them find their forever homes. We have experience with separation anxiety, post op care, toy aggression, and dog aggression. We have three pups ourselves, two German Shepherds and a Great Dane who love to meet and play with new friends. We can't wait to meet you and your furry friend.
