I do have a full-time job, so unless planned well in advance, evenings or early mornings work best for walks. House sitting over the weekend is very much doable, but may be able to swing something over the weekdays if your pet is needing more overnight stays, mixed with exercise in the morning, and a lunch break from kennels.

I have a fenced-in yard and have two pets: Anakin and Shy. Shy is a very friendly cat that likes to stay under the bed anyway, so he will not bother your pet at all. Anakin is a super friendly lab mix that LOVES to play, but will not be around your dog if you request it :) Again, all instructions provided will be enforced and followed to the best of my ability. I am not afraid to ask questions if needed, but also confident in my ability to care for your pet in case you do need that time away for a vacation!

Stimulating play is necessary for any and all dogs. This can look like long walks where they can sniff as they please (a safari but for sniffs - “sniffari”). It could be playing fun games and more! I like to do stuff your pet is used to so they are comfortable.

Hey there – my name is Nera, and I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life. I am an experienced sitter who you can trust to take amazing care of your furry family member. I take any (and all) opportunities to snuggle and go on fun adventures with dogs. Some people have told me I’m a dog whisperer at times… I have yet to prove them wrong. I have a cat named Shy who is super friendly with others and a dog named Anakin who LOVES to play. I have a fenced-in back yard and a dog park down the block. Your pet will be in great hands as I tend to plan my whole day around them and what they might want to do. I follow instructions to the letter and can make certain that your pet is comfortable and loved.
