How lucky we feel, to go away and leave our cat with Natalie. She is amazing, gives daily updates and Willow looks so chilled with her. She even put our wheels bin out on collection day. I do not think I’d come away if we couldn’t leave Willow in her hands. 🐈 😻

We had to abandon our cat for the weekend to visit our son. We didn’t have a single concern after arranging for Natalie to pop in 2x per day. She fed Willow, changed his litter and played with him Willow was so chilled when we got home, he’d had dinner and didn’t even come downstairs to greet us 😳

If you are looking for someone to care for your beloved pet, look no further than Natalie. We recently went on holiday and left our cat, Shadow, in her more-than-capable hands, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. ​ ​From the very first "meet and greet" before we left, we knew Shadow was in good hands. Shadow can sometimes be a bit discerning with new people, but he immediately took a shine to Natalie. Her calm, warm energy was evident right away, and seeing them bond so quickly gave us total peace of mind before we even headed out the door. ​ ​While we were away, Natalie was absolutely incredible. She didn't just "check in"; she truly looked after him with such genuine affection. We were treated to: ​Daily Updates: We never had to wonder how he was doing. ​Photos & Videos: Natalie sent us frequent clips and pictures that truly captured Shadow’s personality. ​Total Reliability: Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. She managed everything with a "can-do" attitude that made our holiday much more relaxing. ​ ​The real proof, however, was in the homecoming. We returned to a relaxed, well-fed, and incredibly happy cat. It was clear that Shadow hadn't just been looked after—he’d been pampered. ​We would 100 percent not hesitate to book Natalie again in the future. She is a rare find and a total gem for any pet owner. ​Thank you, Natalie, for treating Shadow like one of your own!

Another great experience with Natalie. She was great keeping in touch and our cats really like her now, even letting her pet them (they're very picky about who's allowed to touch them.) Natalie even cleaned up catsick without complaining (one cat eats too fast.) We absolutely recommend her for the care she has shown our cats. THANK YOU!

Was nervous leaving willow for the 1st time. We felt it better to keep in in his own familiar surroundings. We found Rover and contacted Natalie, who answered promptly and arranged to pop around to meet Willow. Natalie was punctual and I could tell instantly that she’d be great and Willow would be in safe hands. Natalie popped in 2x daily as agreed and I received daily updates. I could not have been happier with her. We had no WiFi signal and my messages to her were always undelivered. I didn’t panic (as would have been my usual behaviour in this instance) as I received and read daily updates (with photos) . Willow was completely at ease with Natalie and looked as though he didn’t miss us at all 🤷‍♀️ We had a 9 hour drive home from our holiday which incurred regular half hourly outbursts by me wondering if the cat was going to hate us for leaving him😵‍💫 We arrived home, I left my partner to unpack all the car and went straight indoors to see Willow, who was lounging, but got up to ask for dinner. It was as though we had never been away. I could not recommend her highly enough and 5* are not enough 🐈😊

Natalie was a delight when we met her and instantly set our minds at ease. She was really friendly and easy to talk to. This was the first time we had left the cats in the care of anyone! She did her check ins when we requested and sent us photos, even when our cats weren't too impressed to see her. Really wonderful and caring person. We would absolutely recommend her and will be requesting her services again later in the year.
