Natalia was absolutely amazing! This was my first time using Rover so I was nervous but she immediately put me at ease. Not only was she available during the Christmas holiday but she was kind enough to move one of the dates up when we had a change in our travel plans. She was very responsive and sent daily updates and pictures of my cat that I so greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend Natalia to care for your fur baby!

Natalia was wonderful! She was very communicative and I had full confidence our cats were well taken care of.

Very prompt in arriving and sent us pictures. Our pup made a mess with a toy and she even cleaned it up the best she could for us. Our dog usually barks at new people but he immediately loved her. Glad to have her around to check out pup, and would highly recommend her!
