I have a spacious 1/2 acre fenced backyard and two nearby trails along the Speed River that I adore taking dogs to. These trails are perfect for pups who prefer quieter walks, as we often have them to ourselves. If your dog loves water, they'll have a blast splashing in the river! I also offer crates for your convenience, so you don't need to bring yours along. For feeding and downtime, I have a separate, secure area away from my own dogs. Your furry friends will have a safe and enjoyable stay with plenty of space to explore and relax!

The more information I have on the doggos the more fun we will have together! Once a booking is confirmed I’ll send you a form to fill out so I can have all your dogs info in one spot, here are some additional things you could add into the notes section at the bottom: - Unique commands/cues - If they are allowed on furniture - What a typical day looks like for them - If they are crate trained or enjoy having a crate to sleep in - Etc

I let each dog dictate our daily activities since they all respond differently to being away from home. Whether your dog loves action-packed outings or prefers a more relaxed pace, we'll figure out what works best for them! I enjoy bonding with dogs through walks on nearby trails and letting them play in the fields on a long leash for safety. Energetic dogs can look forward to puzzles, trail walks, and games of fetch or tug-of-war to keep them busy and having a blast. For dogs with lower energy or who prefer calmer activities, we'll hang out in the backyard, stroll around town, or do some fun puzzles. I also provide basic grooming such as brushing, teeth cleaning, ear cleaning, and gentle nail trims if your dog is comfortable with that. Your pup will feel right at home and well-cared-for during their stay with me!

I've been caring for my own two dogs and in 2020, started my training journey. In 2022, I completed courses at Canine Foundations focused on understanding and managing behaviours like separation anxiety, resource guarding, territorial guarding, and dog-to-dog aggression. These courses taught me to identify triggers, understand motivations, set achievable goals, and choose effective treatment options. I also learned practical techniques for applying strong management and rehabilitation methods tailored to each dog's needs. In 2023, I completed an exciting seven-month off-leash obedience apprenticeship at Wunder K9. There, I gained expertise in assessing and treating behavioural issues, as well as teaching basic and off-leash obedience. I trained dogs in loose leash walking, off-leash heel commands, reliable recall, sit and down commands, crate and place training, nail trims, exercise routines, and muzzle training where needed. In addition to training, I have extensive experience with feeding routines, walking, grooming, and basic nutrition for dogs of all types. I also have a passion for animal photography, capturing memorable moments that I love sharing with pet parents on my Instagram for future clients to enjoy -

As always Noble runs towards Naomi in full body wag mode and comes home happy and tired. We couldn't ask for more.
Naomi was amazing! We reached out with a last minute, day of request to watch our golden retriever for the day, and she thankfully agreed. From the moment we dropped him off, Naomi communicated well by providing pictures, videos, and updates. When picking him up, our dog was having a blast.
