Before watching a dog, I like to get to know their personality and needs—just like meeting a new friend! It’s important to know things like: Routine – When do they usually eat, go for walks, or need bathroom breaks? Temperament – Are they playful or shy? Do they get along with other dogs or strangers? Health needs – Any allergies, medications, or mobility issues? Commands & training – What commands do they know? Are there any behaviors you’re working on? Triggers & fears – Loud noises, vacuum cleaners, squirrels—everyone has their thing! Favorite things – Toys, treats, belly rubs, or a specific walking route?
A typical day
When I’m watching pets, we’re not just lounging around—we’re off on little adventures! I love going for walks and hiking in the woods, so if your furry friend is up for it, we’ll be sniffing trees, chasing butterflies, and pretending we’re on a quest for buried treasure (a.k.a. sticks and squirrels). Whether it’s a leisurely stroll or a tail-wagging hike, we’ll be exploring the great outdoors together—paw in hand!

Nadine is amazing with Arlo. He usually gets anxious when we’re gone and won’t eat, but she makes him feel safe and cared for. He always returns to us healthy, well-fed, and relaxed. We’re so grateful to have found her!
Nadine was amazing! She was responsive, prompt, professional, cheerful and enthusiastic! She even sent me pictures of my dog so happy on the walk!! I know Nadine took good care of Lupita and she had a great walk because she is wiped! Highly recommend!!!!
