Hi, call me Moxie! I grew up in the mountains upstate NY with tons of pets & moved to Florida nearly 7 years ago. I have a passion & dedication for taking care of animals & over 20 years of experience. I am certified in dog body language & group management. I have a special place in my heart for senior animals & experience with fostering hospice dogs as well; this includes dogs with Cushings & other diseases, different types of cancers, blind, & deaf dogs. I love big dogs & little dogs & all shapes & sizes in between. I have ample experience administering medications to dogs orally & topically as well as ear cleanings & nail trimmings. If you need any of these services during your booking, let me know & we can discuss any add-ons your pet may benefit from! My pricing reflects my experience, knowledge, and training. Let’s schedule a meet and greet to chat more about your pets needs! I charge a $20 fee for meet & greets & a one-time (per sitting) travel fee of $35 for any booking 10+ miles of travel (not applicable to meet & greets.) This is just for gas & ensures that I’m able to commute as many times as needed throughout our booking. My pricing reflects my experience, knowledge, & training. We LOVE Moxie! Our boys can’t go to day care and we always know Moxie will give them the play time and love they need. It’s hard to find someone who is so comfortable and sweet with two big pits, but Moxie treats them like they’re her own.
Moxie took great care of my two dogs for 3 nights in our home. My dogs were happy when we came home and we had great communication through our trip. Thanks!!
Moxie was amazing! My two cats immediately warmed up to her. I appreciated the constant updates, and pictures. She was supper flexible when my return flight got cancelled and I arrived later than expected. I am an anxious pet owner and I would feel safe putting them in her care again. Highly recommend!
Moxie was great with my Molly. She was in constant communication and let me know any concerns. Most importantly, Molly loved her. 😍. Will definitely be in touch to have Moxie sit again.
We love Moxie! It’s been hard to find someone who is comfortable with our two big pups, and she was amazing with them. She sent lots of pictures and even took the time to clean one dogs ears when he was a bit itchy. We will definitely be reaching out to her again soon.

Zeitplan
I have a lot of free time and like to spend that free time with furry friends! This is the most fulfilling work for me. I do work a full time position at the moment and I never leave any pets at home alone for more than 4-5 hours at a time. I will come drop in on clients pets during my lunch break. I am open to short notice bookings!

I always stick to a strict feeding/walking routine & medication schedule. During a sitting, I like to have instructions written out for me, so I can look back on them later. This helps me ensure your pet gets the best care possible!

My go to activity is fetch and playtime. I have no problem loading your pup into my car & going for a hike or to a park! (I do tend to avoid dog parks because many dogs get injured at dog parks and I do not want any potential harm to your pet during their time with me.)
