I used to do nursing, but have since left the field and I am now studying as a distance student at Queen's University. I consider myself very responsible, affordable, and friendly. I have a lot of experience with animals. My mother is a dog trainer. My sister is a veterinary technician. In my life, I have cared for rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, fish, budgies, cockatiels, an Amazon parrot, canaries, conures, cats, and dogs. I work with all small animals, birds, fish, cats, and small to large dogs. I am offering daycare, overnight boarding, drop-in visits, walking services, pet taxi services, and pet photography/ prints. My services involve one-on-one care, which gives your pet my full loving attention. I won't host multiple families. I will only keep a maximum of 2 dogs or 2 cats per family. Your dogs and cats can be safer and get more attention this way from myself and my children. This one-on-one experience allows your pet to have the most fun, feel the happiest, and be the safest. I also have a Pet First Aid Certification from St.John Ambulance. I will let you know even if your dog even has hiccups and send you many pictures of your pet throughout the day. Monica provided excellent care to Sully and was extremely professional in assuring me that he would be watched carefully. I appreciated the meet and greet and her effort to drive to Welland to do so. Monica is definitely an animal lover and she took great care of my 8 week old puppy. I had to have a ln early drop off and late pick up because of my work and Monica was very understanding and accommodating.Monica sent pictures and videos of the daily activity with my dog and kept me in the loop with updates of what their doing during the day. It was great. I would highly recommend Monica to watch anyone’s dog.
Our dog had the best time! Monica and her family are definitely dog lovers. From the time we arrived, Monica made Nikki feel right at home. Monica kept us updated by text of how everything was going and even sent me pictures of Nikki playing outside with her dogs. I really liked the fact that our dog wasn’t sitting in a kennel all day but was with a loving family. Nikki went for walks and got to sleep in the living room with her kids. We are very thankful to find Niagara Pet Sitter on such short notice.

Schedule
I am available through the week at any time. I was a former Nurse. I am trained as a RN but since have left the field and I am now a stay at home mom. I also am an online student who studies from home.

Safety, trust & environment
There is a fence in my backyard. I also have a crate if needed and allowed with a comfortable bed. I have a dog gate in the living room when playing. Extra cleaning and damages will have an extra charge (ex. Diarreah, damage to property)

A typical day
I will stimulate your pets mentally and physically. I will let your pet get used to me with my scent and calm, soft spoken demeanor. Your pet will get my full attention, many pets if your pet desires, and the care he or she needs. We will explore new surroundings with smells if walking. We will enjoy what your pet likes.
