Millie did a drop-in for us to take care of our cat & dog while we were out for the night. She followed our directions we left and sent us updates along the way. We’re so appreciative to be able to go out and not worry about our fur babies! We know they are in good hands with her.

Millie was Super Fantastic with our Dog & kept us up to date on how things were going fir her overnight stay at our home!

I was not impressed with the care or communication during my booking with Millie. I had originally booked her to stay at my home for 3 nights, but the night before the booking began she informed me she would only be staying one of the nights. I told her I could be flexible with her not staying over as long as the dogs were being let out regularly. On the first day, there was already an issue with timing. I left early that morning and she was supposed to stop by around 12 PM for the first visit, but she didn’t arrive until around 3:45 PM. Unfortunately, the inconsistency continued. On the second day, her last visit was at 7 PM when she fed them, which left a long gap overnight. I ended up having to ask a neighbor to come walk my dogs. I also had prepared pre-portioned meals in ziplock bags to cover the exact number of feedings needed during the booking. At the end of the visit, there was an extra bag left over, which leads me to believe that one of their feedings was missed. More concerning, I returned home to find one of my dogs in severe distress. He had experienced anxiety and had self-mutilated, leaving his entire back leg red, raw, and bleeding. Millie did mention a “hot spot,” but significantly downplayed the severity. I could have arranged for a neighbor or friend to bring a cone and antiseptic appointment, had I been properly informed of how serious the situation was. Overall, I felt there was a lack of reliability, communication, and attentiveness to my pets’ well-being. I would not feel comfortable booking with her again.

Millie did a great job with 16 year old Rex. He loves her and this was the second set of overnights we had done and I was so happy Millie was here for Rex.

Millie was great. Very good communication before, during and after she walked our dogs. We would recommend Millie.

Millie was great. Rex loved her and she took good care of him and the house. I was nervous before I left but she asked all the right questions and I knew she was going to look out for him! He's happy I'm home but I'm pretty sure he is looking for Millie out the front door.
