Happy to pet sit 🐈🐶
Happy to spend time with your pets (cats and dogs) while you’re away! I like treating all pets like I would my own and my goal is always for them to be happy and comfortable. Cuddles and play time are a favorite! And making sure basic needs are met (walks, food, frequent water changes, etc.) I’ve worked as a pet sitter locally and internationally for family/friends, Trusted Housesitters and Rover. All of my pet sitting experiences have gone well and I’m comfortable with all breeds, big or small. I’ve had some experience with animals who are recovering post surgery or require medication. This has come from supporting my own pets through these experiences as well as caring for pets with these additional care needs while pet sitting.

A meet and greet is required before booking. I keep a calm environment, enjoy getting outside and have a good balance of ensuring pets are fed on time, always have fresh water, play/outside time and down time before bed.

Michelle was great! Jackson snuggled right up to her right away and she was very responsive with pics and keeping us in the loop. She left the place super tidy which was really appreciated as well!
So happy to have found Michelle since moving to Cumberland! Hank loves her and she took such great care of him and our house. She sent daily updates and photos of their adventures and she left the house so clean that it was like she was never here! Will definitely be booking again :)
Michelle is such a great dog sitter! She treated our two little dogs like her own. They got tons of play time, attention and walks. Michelle also kept us updated with photos and videos during the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Highly recommend and will definitely use her again!

Programa
I’m a social worker working Monday to Friday in Courtenay between 8:30 and 4:30pm so pets should be comfortable with being on their own during the day. Lunch check ins aren’t possible. I work from home Thursday and Friday. Evenings I would be all theirs and love to spend the evening playing outside, going for walks and getting in some snuggles.
