I work from home and don't have a set schedule, which means I can cater my time to fit your pups needs! I am very flexible when it comes to bathroom breaks and walks. I’m not an overly active person so extra high energy dogs won’t be a great fit.

I am in a house on 1.5 acres. It is not fenced in but we have plenty of yard to explore. Because I don't have a fence, I will not let your dog go off leash. Your pups are welcome, and in fact encouraged, to be on the couch with me. As well as sleep in bed with me if they prefer. I also have plenty of room for any size crates if your doggo prefers their own space. Bottom line, I want my home to feel like a second home for your fur babies!

Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or you have specific requests. I am open to all dog breeds and temperaments. Please let me know if your dog is not comfortable with older children. My fiancées kids are with me every weekend, they won’t be helping care for pups, but they will be around. They love dogs and are very comfortable with them, but if your dog doesn’t like older children, please let me know.

I love a good couch potato but I also enjoy going outside and walking around our large yard. I enjoy games and mild training if your dog is up for it. I also love going to the dog park.

I’ve always loved animals! At 9 years old, my sister and I passed out flyers in our neighborhood offering to take care of people’s pets while they were on vacation. That started me on a path of animal care that I’ve continued since. I’ve cared for many breeds and temperaments of dog, from Papillons to Pit bulls! I’ve yet to find one I didn’t adore. I’ve taken a handful of training and behavioral courses.

Michaela did a great job watching our dog Mila! She sent regular updates and Mila seemed like she had a great time. We would definitely book with her again.
We lived getting pictures and updates for our boy! Our dog Porkchop broke his toe a few days before his stay with Michaela and she agreed to watch him even still! We were thankful that she took great care of him while we were gone and will definitely use her services again!
Michaela was fantastic. Will use her services again when in the area. We have two very active and attached dogs, and they came home happy and well rested! Don't think twice about booking Michaela.
Michaela is a literal angel! I am so picky about who I choose to watch my baby and she put my mind at ease and went above and beyond. Gypsy was comfortable with Michaela from the very start. She was so attentive and provided several updates and photos! She took care of all my senior dog needs and you can tell she genuinely loves animals. If you are an anxious person about who watches your baby, she is the perfect person!! I could not have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be using her in the future.
