My pups had such a great time! Highly recommend.
Michael did an amazing job with our doggies. He gave daily updates and sent pictures. We had to extend our stay by a couple of days and he was very understanding. I would definitely recommend and will be using him for future stays.
Michael remains a regular sitter for my senior kitty. He is quick to reply, flexible to change in care for my pet, and reliable. He makes sure all requested tasks are completed and provides pictures of completed work.
Michael did a great job with my fur babies! I was confidant that they were in a loving environment with people who truly care for pets. Michael gave me updates and sent me pictures of them living it up and enjoying their stay. My son ended up being the one who got to meet Michael in person while we only communicated through messages but every interaction was pleasant and respectful. I would definitely recommend Michael to friends or family who need a sitter and I'll be looking for him should the need ever arise again.
Well, I will recommend Michael with my eyes closed. I left the town, later to realize that I had bolted the security latch from inside and Michael could not get in even with a key. He diligently called the locksmith, got the fur babies taken care of, and secured my home too. This tells you that he will do anything to keep your fur babies safe. I did not have unrealistic expectations but he went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that Thor, Loki, and Freya were safe and well fed. Thanks! His observation of surroundings is good as well. He took daily snapshots of pre-cleaning, post-cleaning, even the disposal of litter, pre-feeding and post-feeding pics. 5 Stars for Michael.
Patient and efficient when caring for my senior pet. Listens to suggested changes and implements them well. Quick to reply or update board with visit information.
