Dogs, cats, monsters, love ‘em all!
I've had a dog in my house since I was 8 years old, the first being a husky mix with special arthritis needs, and she lived to be 12 years old! My family currently has a 1 year old farm-dog-mix puppy who is quite the handful but very sweet. I've been a house/pet-sitter for many families with all sizes of animals, including a veterinarian's house with 2 very elderly dogs, 2 cats, guinea pigs, and a rabbit! I'm also familiar with fish care as I have an aquarium at home.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety and comfort of your pet is the utmost priority to me, for the animal's well-being but also for your peace of mind while you're away. In case of an emergency, my car has enough room for a large dog if they needed to be transported to the vet. When I pet-sit, I make sure to ask owners about their animal's usual routine, so their pets can feel more comfortable following their regular routine while their parents are away. I understand that some animals can be shy and apprehensive of a stranger in their home, so I am ready to be patient and let them come to me. When they do, I'll give belly rubs and ear scritches just the way they like :)

We have used Mia a few times and she has been great! Love the updates and pictures of how Archie is doing during the visit.
Mia was great! We will definitely use her again. We are new to the area so appreciated Mia accommodating our schedule on short notice. Our dog is nervous with new people, but quickly warmed up to Mia.
My dog Meia seemed to be cared for when we arrived home. I would have liked more pics to show her outside and not just sleeping on the bed or couch. I don’t have house cameras but will have them moving forward. Otherwise, the house was tidy and Meia looked cared for. I would recommend Mia for sure. Thank you Mia ??
Great communication and care for my cats!
Mia is a true animal lover and such a kind human! My sweet boy was injured in an accident and I had to return to work after taking time off to be with him, but was very anxious to leave him all day. Mia came to visit him twice a day on multiple occasions (she often went above and beyond by staying with him longer than I booked), and even picked him up from a vet appointment while I had to work! She’s great with timely communication and updates, her services are priced fairly, and she genuinely cares for who she is looking after. So much stress was relieved knowing that Mia was looking out for Alder. Thank you Mia 💛💛💛

Schedule
During the school year I have time for drop-ins and walks but cannot do house-sitting at this time. Reach out if you need someone to play with your dogs and cats, take them on walks, to the dog park, or wherever they usually like to go with their parents.
