Melissa is awesome with Nyx. She really takes good care of her. Melissa communicates with us all the time and Nyx absolutely loves going to her house.
She helped us out of a jam with practically no notice. Steve is always super excited to arrive, which is great to see. It's not remotely close to our work, but worth the drive because of the high degree of care.
I am super glad we met Melissa and her lovely daughter, they took very good care of my anxious little rescue and made him feel at ease and content, and she also soothed my anxiety by keeping me updated through texts and pictures.
