Your pup will enjoy neighborhood walks, trail hikes, and time at the dog park! My husband and I both have Friday-Sunday completely off. Starting end of September I will have some classes M-Th (usually 10am-3pm). A typical day is playing in the backyard, lounging around on the couch, and then going on a fun adventure :)

Hi there! My name is Melanie and I live with my husband and rescue pitbull mix Tara (please be sure to read Tara's profile below by clicking on her picture!) We love dogs, and so does Tara! Tara had a special job at the shelter she was at before we adopted her - she was used to socialize all the new incoming dogs because she loves meeting new friends so much! Tara has a special affinity for little dogs (maybe because many of my relatives have chihuahuas). We have a fully-fenced front and backyard for the pups to explore and we are close to meadowdale beach park, picnic point park, Lynndale dog park, and many more fun spots. I love dogs and have never lived without a pup by my side. We will be very caring and attentive to your dog's needs. Your dog will get lots of attention, and will get lots of exercise (or just lots of cuddling on the couch if that's what they prefer). Melanie was great, I was out of town for over a week. I booked in advance to ensure my dogs had a sitter for the dates. She kept me posted on a daily basis with pictures of my babes on their walks and lounges. My dogs looked super happy, it made me feel better about me being away for that long. My dogs were in great care. I will definitely book again with her. I would recommend her to my friends in the area.
Our dog Ellie loves staying with Melanie. They go for walks everyday and I get pictures throughout the stay. I would highly recommend her.
