My schedule this summer is very flexible! As a veterinary student, my availability can vary week to week, but I have a lighter schedule over the summer and am available for drop-in visits, overnight stays, and extended pet sitting. I’m happy to work with owners on routines, medication schedules, and travel plans, and I do my best to be accommodating with both weekday and weekend care.

A typical day of dog sitting with me is centered around keeping your dog comfortable, happy, and on their normal routine. Depending on your pet’s needs, this may include morning and evening walks, feeding, playtime, potty breaks, medications, enrichment activities, and lots of attention and companionship throughout the day. I try to maintain a calm, structured environment so your dog feels safe and relaxed while you’re away. Whether your dog is energetic and loves activity or prefers naps and cuddles, I tailor my care to their personality and routine. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is happy and well cared for!

Hi! I’m Megan, a soon to be second-year veterinary student at the University of Florida with a background in marine mammal care and veterinary medicine. I previously worked with the U.S. Navy Marine Mammal Program and currently work part-time in a veterinary clinic while pursuing my DVM degree. I’m passionate about animal health, behavior, and compassionate care. I have experience with dogs, cats, and exotic animals, and I’m comfortable administering medications and monitoring pets with special needs.
