Pets

Safety, trust & environment

I make it a priority to ensure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and cared for in their own familiar environment. I follow your instructions closely and make sure to give them plenty of attention, playtime, and affection (if they want it!), so they feel loved and not alone while you're away. Each visit is tailored to your pet’s needs, whether they enjoy a quick game of fetch, a short walk around the yard, or simply some calm companionship. I always keep an eye on their behavior and well-being, and I provide updates and photos so you can feel confident they’re in good hands.

I've known Megan for over 8 years, and she's always been an amazing caregiver for our dogs and other pets. She's always making sure that they are happy and often gets them presents (making sure they all get one, so no one feels left behind). Even when our dog Asher sadly passed away because of kidney failure, she was right next to him every step of the way until the end. Her love for dogs extends beyond the ones we have in our house, over the past few years she's picked up a few stray dogs, helping them get back to health, and finding happy homes for them. I would happily endorse Megan to take care of someone else's dog, because she has the love and attention to look after them successfully.

Megan is one of four people I trust with my pack. She has handled them all from the very hyper to the very cranky! She is also skilled in taking care of those special pups with disabilities like blindness, deafness, and diabetes.

Before caring for a pet, it’s helpful to know about their routine, personality, and any special needs. I like to ask about their feeding schedule, medical history, medications, exercise preferences, and any behavioral quirks (like fears, aggression, or separation anxiety). It's also important to know how they typically interact with other animals and people, as well as any commands they know or are currently working on. The more I know upfront, the better I can provide personalized, attentive care that keeps your pet happy and safe.
