I have my own local cleaning business so I'm never far from home. If I am out, I'm usually back within 3 hours to check on the pets and go for walks. I spend my weekends at my boyfriend's farm in Southgate. His property is 1700 feet off the road on 150 acres so plenty of room to run freely without going near the road.

A typical day
I live across from the Saugeen River which has a lengthy river trail. I am also right across from the community centre which is perfect for throwing the ball. On the weekend, we spend our time in Southgate on 150 acres.

Pet care experience
I have a lot of love and snuggles to give. I love talking to our pets because they do understand us. I have had pets my whole life but recently I have been helping friends out while they are on vacation. The pet and parent are much happier and I absolutely adore pets!

Maureen was awesome to work with! She was very accommodating at pick up and drop off, and even drove out of her way to pick up our pet when we were in a bind! She sent photos and was very communicative. Would recommend!
Maureen was a great sitter for our dog Missy. Missy was with her for 4 nights and 4 days and Maureen had taken great care of her, from feedings to playing outside to even going above and beyond by bathing her. I will recommend Maureen to anyone needing a dog sitter!
Maureen is incredibly easy to work with, communicative, and genuinely cares for the pets. She watched my cat, an 11 year old boy, who is quite shy but I could tell by the time I picked him up that he was very comfortable around her and in her space. I appreciate that she kept me updated, with pictures, as it can be hard to leave your pet for any amount of time. My cat has to take a pill everyday and she was also able to pill him, which was relieving as I know he can be a bit higher maintenance because of that. I will definitely be getting Maureen to watch my cat again in the future when I need it!
