My husband and I have a 4 year old Shiba Inu of our own (Tobimaru). We both work from home, so daily activities are morning and evening walks, indoor play, and backyard adventures when Toby is wanting outside. If a pet needs our attention, we are quick to grant that. Our fenced in backyard is well shaded, so it's bearable for heat or sun-sensitive dogs in the tough summers of Austin for their outdoor needs.

Pets can have the run of the house - we have dog beds in nearly every room. Plenty of space for play inside, and a spacious fenced in backyard if they have the zoomies. We have plenty of room for crates if that is the preferred method of overnight rest for your pet. Our neighborhood has a great amount of foot traffic and dog walking, so we always feel safe in that regard.
