Mathew was very professional and great with my older dog, Jaxson. When we returned home and it was time for Mathew to go, Jaxson wanted to go with him, so I'd say that's the best compliment that can be made.
Mathew was super great!! He was prompt with messaging and communicates well. He connected right away with our 2 dogs and was able to get settled in quickly. We received updates while away and he left our home in great condition. We were able to relax while away knowing our dogs were in good hands. Thrilled that we found him. The Best Ever! This is the first time we hired Mathew. He cared for our Border Collie (Miki) while house sitting our home for two weeks. When we returned Miki was happy, healthy, and our home was cleaner than when we left. Border Collies love to stay active. Mathew took Miki on multiple walks every day and played endless games of fetch. Our previous care givers were not so active and we returned to a plump dog. For home care, Mathew kept our home clean while he was here and did a final cleaning just before we arrived back home. When returned, the floors were freshly vacuumed, towels washed, and the guest bed was made with freshly washed bedding. Mathew was excellent and will be our first choice when we need dog/house sitting service.
Mathew saved me and my dog over the holidays! He was willing to come meet me the day I left for the holidays and was very attentive to the care instructions for him while I was gone. He seems very detail-oriented and passionate about caring for my dog. He sent frequent texts updating me on my dog while I was out of town. I highly recommend Mathew, and will certainly reach out to him again when needed!
Matthew is a very detail oriented caregiver. He hasn't met a dog he didn't love and vice versa. I'm a sitter and trainer myself and there are very few people I'd trust with my animals and Matthew is one of them. He caters his care to your pet and gives them the time and love they need. A typical day
I can provide physical activities for active dogs, or something gentler for older dogs. I can provide socializing with other dogs at any of the wonderful pet-friendly public parks the city has to offer, of which I often frequent.
