I work from home and take my dog out every 4-5 hours for potty breaks and short walks around the block. On weekends when I’m home we visit dog parks and/or dog friendly trails as weather permits but also love to cuddle on the sofa for a good movie marathon!

When your pet is in my home, they have free range of every room and furniture, minus the bedroom. My dog is crate trained and sleeps in her crate at night. If your dog prefers to sleep outside of a crate I do have a separate room they can sleep in so they have privacy and don’t have to stress seeing the crate. I will still be able to hear/watch over them from their private room at night!

Please let me know if your dog is ok eating with other dogs or prefers to eat alone. I’ve had Maya since she was a puppy, so in comfortable caring for puppy dogs. I have not had the opportunity to care for a senior dog yet in my life, but with detailed information and your trust I’d be more than happy to look after them!

Your dog will enjoy lots of snuggles, as well as play time, outdoor time and a bit of training with me. I use grain free treats for a daily training session with my Maya that I’m happy to share with your pup during their stay with me!

I took canine training at the age of 13 and have taken care of dogs on and off since then! I adopted my very own dog (a beautiful beagle Maya!) for the first time almost 3 years ago and have learned a lot more since then. Maya frequents dog parks, day cares, hiking trails and the lake as much as she can. She is very social and does well with other dogs as well as children! I’m comfortable administering medicine as I’ve had to with my pup in the past.

It’s clear my dog felt comfortable with Maryctuz and her dog and I could not be more grateful for how well Pearl was treated during her stay.
Marycruz is amazing! My dog loves her and gets along great with her pup. She sent lots of pics and was great at communicating. This is the second time she’s watched my dog for day care and she’s very trustworthy! Very glad she’s on Rover - 11/10 sitter!
Marycruz was amazing with my sometimes-nervous Loki. I was worried about having him stay with a new sitter for a full week, but I didn’t need to be. hHe clearly loved his stay with Marycruz. She was also so communicative and we got regular daily updates and pics. Definitely would recommend!
Marycruz did an amazing job watching my dog for the day! She was super communicative and friendly. Also, she took her for walks and sent lots of pictures/updates which are always appreciated! Would definitely book again :)
