Hello! I live in Park Slope and walk in the park daily, and I'd love to take your furry friends. I grew up with Akitas, and have since cared for German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Bulldogs, Doodles, Goldens, and everything in between (though as those examples perhaps make obvious, I have a special soft spot for big dogs). Safety is number one for me, so I will always be on the lookout for cars, other dogs, and little kids, and don't do off-leash time unless you have private access to a secure, fenced location (ex. your backyard or building dog run). I try to promote good manners on walks and will follow any training protocols you have, and otherwise prioritize my dogs getting the stimulation, steps, and sniffs in that they need. I now work from home and have the flexibility to provide dog walks for neighbors. Rates are negotiable for regular clients. While I'm new to Rover, I'm not new to pet-sitting, so I'm happy to send through testimonials upon request.
