Kitty Care When You're Not There 🐈
Hi! My name is Marije (pronounced Mariah), while I'm still growing on Rover, I am not new to caring for cats. I've been taking care of animals since I was a little kid. Growing up, taking care of the animals was always part of my regular chores, from feeding the goats and chickens in the mornings, to the night time feeding of our dogs and cats. Today it's no longer a chore, but something I absolutely love. I currently have two cats of my own, my sweet boy who is 6 years old and my little baby girl who is 4 years old. And yes, they are completely and utterly spoiled! I know how stressed I am whenever I have to leave my cats to go on a trip or vacation, so I just want to reassure you that I will be taking care of your cats just like I do my own. That includes lots of love, playtime, and all the cuddles - if they want that. My own little guy is rather shy around strangers, so I know to give them space if that's what they are needing/wanting. Since moving out on my own, I have always had my own cats and have experienced all the highs and lows that are involved. From raising a blind kitten to daily injections for heart disease and diabetes to oral medications for cancer and kidneys. Special dietary needs aren't a problem either, I studied culinary arts, so I can handle any food type of situation. I am determined to keep your cat(s) on their regular daily schedule, so they can stay happy and healthy while you enjoy your vacation! I will make sure their water dish is always full of fresh, clean water. Their food dish has their favorite meal in it and their litter box is cleaned and scooped on a daily basis!

As a drop in sitter, it's my job to keep your cat(s) happy, fed, and stay as close to their normal routine as I possibly can. Cats can get stressed with changes, so I want your time away to be as stress free for them as it is sure to be for you!

Marine is already the best cat sitter ever but the things she does to go out of her way to help me out and my cat are absolutely amazing. I was in a real bind this week and she literally said me and my cat and I am just so grateful I have her as our sitter!!!!
I could not be more thankful with Marije for the care of our baby Oliver while we were away. She provided us with daily updates and photos and reached out when needed. I also appreciated that She came to meet us and Oliver prior to our vacation to gather all the info she needed to care for Oliver and that gave us complete peace of mind. I highly recommend Marije, she was reliable, professional and attentive but most of all, she treated Oliver like her own and made sure he was happy & comfortable. I will definitely book her again and I would recommend to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy pet sitter. Thank you again for the amazing care!

I love Marjie! She’s been the best find since my fiancé and I moved here. She is absolutely wonderful with our cranky old cat, and the amount of time she spends with her is amazing. It would be easy for Marjie to simply feed her and leave, but instead she takes the time to sit and chat with her, which means so much to us. I also love the updates Marjie sends — they’re always informative and so cute to read. I usually end up sharing them with the people around me. If you have any cat care needs, I would 100% recommend Marjie!

Harmonogram
I am at home full time, and cat sitting is my full time business. I'll be able to come by your house as many times as needed to fit their schedule, so your kitties will be getting the best care possible while you are away!

Is there any medication or special requirements for them? You will always be my first point of contact, but do you have a friend or relative's name and number, along with your veterinarian's name and number, I can contact if I can't reach you in an emergency?
