My dog wants a friend!
I’ve grown up around dogs and have always been comfortable caring for them, from daily walks to understanding their individual personalities and needs. I have a friendly 2-year-old cockapoo called Lucho who absolutely loves the company of other dogs - he’s gentle, non-aggressive, and always eager to play, making him a great companion for visiting pups. He makes the shiest dogs feel as ease and at home. I genuinely enjoy getting out for walks and would love to welcome another dog to join us, giving both them and my own dog the chance for fun, exercise, and socialisation. Your dog will be treated with care, attention, and plenty of affection while they’re with me. Lucho is well trained - house trained, comes back on command, does tricks (sit, paw, other paw, beg, lie down, spin, roll over, kiss) - so if your young pup comes around, I can definitely do some training, or expand on any training already being done at home.

Marielle is deeply devoted to the wellbeing and happiness of dogs. It is very clear just how obsessed Marielle is with dogs, especially with her own dog Lucho who lives an extremely happy and fulfilled life. Lucho receives many long and varied walks and gets a lot of play time and attention at home. Marielle has clearly done her research and is quite knowledgeable on the care of dogs.
Marielle is a wonderful pet sitter. She’s often looked after my cat and dog whilst I’ve been on holiday! When I’ve been tied up in work on long days she’s helped by walking my dog Diego and keeping him company. My cat Giuseppe who doesn’t like many people has also taken to her really well, so it’s nice to know he’s well taken care of. I highly recommend her services, she’s flexible, helpful, and really reliable.

Schedule
I work from home - where I have a large garden and lots of toys for dogs to play in. I work 10am-6pm, and have an hour lunch break in-between, so lots of time for long morning walks, and ample opportunities to allow the doggies to do their business out in the garden.

I have a fenced garden at home, and dogs have free roam around the house which is mostly dog-proof. I have a super friendly cockapoo who makes even the grumpiest of pooches to get up and play - so he's happy to keep your fur baby company and ease them into my care.
