I have had my own dogs for 11 years, but have had all sorts of pets throughout my life! I've done many house sitting jobs where I've taken care of all kinds of pets (horses, dogs, cats, guinea pigs, fish, chickens, ducks, etc.). I absolutely love all animals and have a passion for their welfare and health! I'm comfortable with any animal, administering medication, special needs, training, etc. What sets me aside from other sitters and walkers is that I have a very open schedule, thus I am able to do multiple check-ins, walks, or potty breaks daily. If they are staying at my house, they get loved on and spoiled all day! They’ll also quickly become best buddies with my two dogs! Mariel goes above and beyond with her care. She is reliable and excellent with communication. She will treat your pet as her own and you will have peace of mind when you're away. Mariel does it all- from battling my dog's stress diarrhea, to helping me with a stray kitten I found on my way to work, to endless pictures and videos when I'm away, to fun walks, playtime, and adventures for my girl, Sophie- she is top tier and has been a lifesaver for me! She has worked around my crazy schedule and included my girl in all that she does. She sets the bar high and I wouldn't want anyone else to care for my pets.
She was amazing for my little Enzo! Lots of pictures and updates which made me feel very comforted while I was out of town. Highly recommend!
Outstanding! I’ll say it again: OUTSTANDING! Mariel is the whole package. Seriously. She kept is updated all throughout the stay with pics and comments. Our dog looked happy on all the pictures (we can tell). And her kids are adorable. Will definitely be using her for all our future boarding needs.
Mariel was so kind and loving towards my dog. Sent pictures and updates along the way which was great to see. My dogs collar broke during her stay and Mariel even bought her a new collar. I could tell my dog felt at home during her stay!
Halby had the best time with Mariel and her two dogs, couldn't ask for more. He pretty much passed out for a day on the couch when he got home. Will be using Mariel again, very flexible with my pickup drop off times, awesome service.
My dog puka has the best time when staying with Mariel. She is great and I totally trust her with my dog and know that my dog is very well taken care. There is so much play and fun time!

Schedule
I stay at home with my kids, so we are very flexible! We try to go on at least one long walk a day with the pooches!

We have a fenced yard for the dogs to run and go on lots of walks! They get lots of treats (if approved) and snuggles!

I love to go to the dog park, hiking, or anywhere outdoors! We also like to just hang out and relax on the couch and watch movies sometimes too!
