Pet care fits perfectly into my daily and weekly routine. My husband is currently the only one working, which allows me to dedicate my full time and attention to caring for furry friends. This will be my full-time job, and I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to provide consistent care, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and supervision throughout the day. I already structure my day around my own puppy, Pipoca, so caring for dogs is a natural part of my lifestyle. I truly enjoy being home, being present, and making sure each dog feels safe, loved, and well cared for.

Some dogs love lots of attention, playtime, and interaction, while others prefer a calmer space and more independence, I fully respect both. In my home, I have a large yard which is great for safe playtime and potty breaks, and I also enjoy going on walks and spending time outside with the dogs. I love engaging with them through play and affection, but I’m just as happy providing a calm, quiet environment for dogs who aren’t as social or energetic. My goal is always to make each dog feel comfortable, safe, and cared for in the way that suits them best, while following the owner’s routine as closely as possible.

This includes feeding schedules, medications, allergies, fears, favorite activities, commands they know, potty habits, and how they interact with other dogs, people, and children. A typical day
A typical day in my home includes plenty of attention, playtime, and love! I tailor each pet’s day to their personality, energy level, and owner’s preferences. We start with potty breaks and some outdoor time, followed by play sessions, walks, and plenty of opportunities to rest and relax. I have a large yard where dogs can safely explore and play, and I also enjoy taking them on walks for exercise and mental stimulation. For fun, we can play fetch, work on basic training and enrichment activities, enjoy frozen treats on warm days, or simply spend quality time cuddling and getting lots of affection. If your dog prefers a calmer routine, I’m happy to provide a relaxed environment with plenty of supervision and comfort. My goal is to make sure every pet feels safe, happy, and at home while they’re with me.

Hi everyone! My name is Maria and I’m a lifelong dog lover with hands-on experience caring for dogs. For three years, I worked as a dog walker in New York City, where I cared for multiple dogs daily, handled different temperaments, and made sure every pup got the exercise, attention, and love they needed. After recently purchasing a home in New Jersey, I now have plenty of space to welcome dogs into a safe and comfortable environment. I have a large half fenced backyard for playtime, and I’m also a proud dog mom to Pipoca, my mini long-haired Dachshund puppy. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply relaxing, I’ll make sure they receive lots of attention, affection, and personalized care while you’re away. My goal is to make your dog feel right at home and give you peace of mind knowing they’re in loving hands. If you prefer that your dog is taken care from your home, I can drive to you as well. What sets me apart is my culture and the way I was raised. As a Brazilian American, caring for others comes naturally to me, and I treat every dog as if they were part of my own family. I believe pets deserve not only the basics food, walks, and supervision, but also affection, patience, companionship, and lots of love.
