We are so incredibly grateful to have found Madeline. She is truly a gem—caring, attentive, accommodating and incredibly patient. Our dog can be quite a handful at times due to his anxiety and sensitivity, especially around new people and other dogs. But from the very beginning, Madeline, approached him with such calmness and understanding that it was clear she truly has a gift with animals. She took the time to earn his trust and created a walk routine that not only suits his needs but also brings him so much joy. It’s now one of the highlights of his day! Thanks to her gentle and consistent approach, our dog now looks forward to his walks with excitement and we feel completely at ease knowing he’s in such capable and compassionate hands. We can’t recommend her enough—she’s made a world of difference for our little one and for us.

This was my pups first walk with Madelaine. Madelaine was great to deal with. My pup took to her right away! I will be employing her services in the future for sure!
