My son is all grown up so there are no young children at my home. My adult nephew stays with me and sometimes helps with walks. Being made redundant opened me up to have more time to flourish my pet sitting business, but I am now currently employed with the NHS working full time. Now I do board and doggy day care on my days off, but I am happy to work with a dog walker, I can do the morning and evening walks if they attend during the day. If you need a longer stay than a few days. You can see from my reviews and photos of my clients how much I love having pets around again after my two lovely huskies both passed. One of my clients comes to my home for overnight stays, the other I go to their home and stay with their two dogs whether this be overnight or long holidays abroad for the owners as one of the dogs is deaf and partially blind.

Information Lorraine R. would like to know about your pet

What breed is your dog? What is the pets routine-How often do they need toilet breaks/Times for feeding/favourite toys? Do they have any Special dietary requirements? Any disabilities I need to know about? Do they have any Medical issues or allergies? Do they need to have medications administered? What are your preferences about them being around other dogs? What is their behaviour like on a walk? Is the pet signed up with a vet, who should I contact in an emergency? Is there anything that scares your pet?

A typical day

I have a 30 minute or hour route for dog walking near my home. I have a large playing field at the end of my street for shorter walks and playing fetch, but happy to take dogs in car for longer walks. I believe dogs should always be stimulated whether this be talking to them or playing with them. A way to stimulate dogs is to rotate their toys and playing brain games with them.

Lorraine was fabulous from the very first message. Living 130 mines away we couldn't do the usual meet and greet but Lorraine agreed to board Jessy with just my say on what she was like. When we arrived she showed us round and the house and garden are beautiful and perfectly secure for my Houdini dog, we got updates but not too many (as requested) I couldn't have asked for anything more, I knew Jessy was safe and secure and looked after. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Luna has just enjoyed a lovely stay with Lorraine. We have left Luna a few times with Lorraine now and Luna runs into her house happy and ready to play. Lorraine gives her lots of walks and attention. Thank you.

Another great visit. Lorraine has taken care of our obi for a few days and we couldn’t be more grateful. She has always kept us up to date with lots of pictures. Obi has had lots of cuddles walks and play time with Lorraine. He absolutely loves going there and is always well looked after. Thank you so much Lorraine. We will definitely be using you again!
