I work from home full-time and spend most weekends at home too, aside from stepping out for a few hours here and there to run errands/be social. Your dog will have PLENTY of company and attention throughout the day...no long lonely hours here! 🐾 My home is quiet, pet-friendly, and has a fully fenced patio for fresh air and outside time. I also like to know your dog's normal routine and anything that will help them feel comfortable while they're here. The standard I am happy to watch 2 dogs at time, BUT please know if I'm watching dogs from different families, I'll ALWAYS check with you before accepting another dog so there are no surprises and everyone is comfortable. I'm happy to watch up to 3 dogs at a time....IF they already know each other. I've grown up with dogs, absolutely love them, and have pretty much become the go-to person for my family and friends when they need a pet sitter. :) Communication is BIG with me, so expect photos and updates while you're away. I knew I liked knowing what my dog was up to when I was gone, so I completely get it! I also prefer a meet & greet before the first stay whenever possible. Nothing formal, just a chance for everyone to meet and make sure it's a good fit. For overnight stays, crate-trained dogs are ideal but definitely not required. I can set up a comfortable gated sleeping area instead. I just prefer no free roaming around the house overnight. Before booking, please make sure your dog's profile is updated and includes a photo.
