I currently work part-time in the evenings, so my days are free for drop-in visits, walks, and quality time with pets. I love creating calm, positive experiences for animals and I make punctuality and consistency a priority because I know pets thrive on it.

For drop-in visits, I care for each pet as if they were my own. I follow each owner’s instructions closely, whether that involves feeding, refreshing water, giving medication, cleaning up accidents or litter, or simply spending time playing, walking, or offering attention. I’m patient with shy or anxious pets and always make sure they feel secure before I leave. I also send photo updates and notes after each visit so owners know their pet is well cared for.

It’s helpful to know anything that makes your pet feel comfortable, such as quirks, favorite toys, walking style, or words they respond to. Please let me know if your dog is leash-reactive, shy, nervous around strangers, or has any dietary or medical needs. I’ll always respect their boundaries and adjust to their personality so they feel safe and cared for on every visit. It’s also helpful to know how you’d like me to handle walks when it’s raining. I’m happy to walk in the rain as long as it’s not a heavy downpour, and I’ll dry them off as best I can afterward.
A typical day
During drop-in visits, I like to give pets a mix of fun, comfort, and attention. Depending on their energy level, this might include playing fetch, tug-of-war, or interactive games that keep them mentally engaged. For more mellow pets, I’ll sit with them for quiet cuddle time, offer treats with permission, or provide gentle enrichment like food puzzles or scent games. I always adjust to each pet’s mood and routine so the visit feels familiar and enjoyable.

Hi, I’m Lindsay and I’m an animal lover through and through! I’ve grown up with cats, never fewer than three in the house, and I love getting to know each one’s personality. I’ve also had dogs in my life from an early age, so I understand their need for play, exercise, and lots of love. I always bring calm, quiet energy, let pets set the pace, and respect the dynamics in multi-pet homes. Whether your fur baby wants playtime, snuggles, or space, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away. I provide services within a 15-minute driving radius at my standard rate. For locations beyond that, I charge $1 per additional minute of driving (one-way). This keeps scheduling fair and ensures I can give reliable care to every client.

I felt so much better leaving for a long trip knowing I was leaving my cat in great hands with Lindsay! From the meet & greet, Lindsay was very communicative and on time. She kept me informed while I was away and made sure to always send photos.
