Safety, trust & environment
I live in a 3 bedroom house with a large 2m high fenced garden to the rear so they have plenty of space to roam. Dogs are never left in the garden unattended and will stay in the house overnight/if I'm not home. Pets are welcome on the furniture and are free to sleep wherever they like (including my bed if that's what they are used to 😊) There are no other pets in my home currently.

Information Linda M. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog has any special food requirements or behavioural quirks, I'm happy to accommodate most. Please provide a bed for your dog to have a familiar place to sleep
A typical day
If they are ok with other dogs there are plenty of dog parks around to throw toys, if they are better with solo play I can take them out in the car to larger open spaces

Pet care experience
As a volunteer with Dogs Aid sanctuary for 2 years I have cared for all kinds of breeds, age and temperament. Until recently I had a 17 year old collie/retriever with reduced mobility and kidney disease so I understand the additional care required for older dogs. I also frequently dogsit 2 French bulldogs, one with epilepsy which requires twice daily tablets and eye ointment. Young and healthy dogs are of course welcome too, but if medications and accidents are a concern for your sit be assured it's not an issue here.
Reviews

Just back from leaving our dog with Linda and I can not recommend her enough. Coco was so well looked after. Linda let us know how coco was doing with texts and videos. We could see how happy coco was. Without a doubt we will be asking Linda again to mind her. We were put at ease the minute we met Linda. We can not thank her enough.

From the moment we met Linda I knew our dog Darcy was going to very well looked after for the weekend and her house would be a home from home. Darcy is an older dog who needs medication and we hadn't boarded her in 10 years, very much a house dog, she sleeps on the sofa and that was absolutely no problem for Linda and her partner, they would have done anything I think to make her comfortable in their home. Would definitely recommend Linda's dog sitting services.

I have to say first time using rover.com & first time leaving Lola & she couldn’t have been in better hands. Linda was so welcoming from the word go. Lola was such a nervous dog & took to her straight away, so felt comfortable leaving her while I was away. Linda & her partner took great care of her and made Lola feel right at home. I got loads of photos sent to me to see what she was up to. I would 100% recommend Linda as a home from home for your dog.

Truly a home away from home for our doggos. They couldn’t have been in better hands. Linda and her partner took such great care of Weenie and Fred. We even got lovely pictures of their day out and cuddles! Thank you so much for minding our dogs with such care!! We hope you’ll mind them again in the future!
