I’ve been around dogs my whole life and grew up caring for my own family pup, so pet care has always come naturally to me. Over the past year, I also fostered two dogs myself through Human Animal Partners of Delaware—one energetic puppy and one sweet senior. The puppy gave me hands-on experience with basic training, routine building, and positive reinforcement, while the senior pup helped me gain confidence with gentle handling, slower-paced walks, and making sure medications and comfort needs were met. Both dogs were successfully adopted, and fostering taught me how to adapt to different personalities, build trust quickly, and create a safe, loving environment for any dog. I’m patient, reliable, and genuinely treat every pet like my own.

Charlie warmed up to her immediately — and honestly, she absolutely adores her. Throughout every visit and walk, Lily goes above and beyond.
