Dog lover wants to watch your dog!
Hi I am Lila! I grew up in a home with many dogs. We owned several through the years and were always fostering and dog sitting others. I live in West Adams with my husband Nick who loves dogs as much as I do. A few years ago our beloved Husky passed away. We enjoy traveling so decided we like the flexibility of not owning a dog at this time before we have children. We have been on rover for the last few years and looove getting to meet and spend time with so many different dogs. We are comfortable with dogs of all ages and sizes. We have some dogs we watch who we love to take on big weekend hiking adventures and some who would prefer to stay snuggled up on the couch. We have a special soft spot for senior dogs and have watched three different blind dogs. They are so impressive! Would love to meet your dog and spend some time with them!

Lila took great care of our Mia, and we would definitely book with her again! She was communicative, accommodating when our flight was delayed and we needed a later pickup, and sent adorable photo updates. Mia looked so comfortable and especially loved sunbathing in their backyard! Highly recommend!

We had to modify our date and extend one more night last minute and Lila and Nick were more than happy to. They are very flexible with scheduling and want to make it work. I thought that was a pleasant delight from them. They also take our dogs on a hike and play with them at home, I highly recommend Lila and Nick!

We both work from home primarily which allows for lots of time spent with our visiting friends!

Safety, trust & environment
We typically will start the day with a neighborhood walk and then take another in the evening. Our enclosed backyard allows for lots of time spent outside during the day.
A typical day
We are always flexible based on a specific dogs needs. When we are in the home we will usually allow dogs indoor / outdoor access to our enclosed backyard so they can explore as they please. We love to play with dogs who enjoy it - fetch, tug-of-war, etc. But our favorite thing to do with pups is to snuggle on the couch! On weekends we will often go to nearby Kenneth Hahn park for longer walks/hikes.

- Let me know what works for your dog at your house and we will do our best to keep things consistent for them. We typically allow pets indoor our furniture, but if it’s something you would rather them not do we are happy to maintain that.
