The level of care, attention, and genuine warmth you showed meant everything to us. You didn’t just “look after” our dog you truly cared and that came through in every single interaction. It gave us such peace of mind knowing that everything was being handled so thoughtfully and professionally. Your communication was outstanding throughout. The regular updates, messages, and little check ins made such a difference we always felt connected and reassured, no matter where we were. It’s rare to find someone who strikes that perfect balance of being proactive without ever feeling overwhelming but you did it effortlessly. What really stood out to us, though, was how you handled our last minute situation with the cancelled flight. That could have been incredibly stressful (and honestly, it was for us) but you stepped in with such calmness, flexibility, and professionalism. You didn’t just accommodate the change but also you supported us through it. That kind of reliability and understanding is something we will never forget. It’s very clear that you take immense pride in what you do, and it shows in every detail. You went above and beyond in ways that didn’t go unnoticed, and we felt incredibly lucky to have you. On a slightly more lighthearted note ,but also completely serious, we may now have to plan all future holidays around your availability! 🤣 That’s how highly we think of you. Lexi was absolutely fantastic with our gorgeous Labrador pup, Frodo! She showed such genuine care and affection towards him, making him feel safe and happy right away. She kept him comfortable, well-fed, and hydrated, and took him on lovely walks—especially to the lake near her home, which is super important to him since he loves swimming and soaking up the sunshine. We’ll definitely be reaching out to Lexi again!
