I do work remotely which allows for me to have a lot of flexibility as to where and when I do my work. Because of this, I can house sit or provide drop in visits or walks most any day of the week.

I am very attentive. Your pet will always have clean fresh water. I’m very good about feeding them and giving them treats according to their routine. I am used to sleeping with pets and would love to sleep with yours, unless that is not their routine and your preference.

I am familiar with the traits of many different breeds. Please be sure to share the following: 1. Any special needs that your pet may have related to their physical and mental well-being, also related to the breed that they are. 2. Daily routine/schedule 3. How does your dog walk? Is he/she trained? Does he/she pull a lot? Do other animals and people trigger him/her to become aggressive? What does your dog wear when going for a walk? 4. If you would like me to care for other pets in your home? Please tell me how many other pets, as well as the care needs of those pets. It will be important to include the care needs of ALL pets that I will be watching when determining cost of services. **Please note that I am unable to care for birds, reptiles, and livestock animals.

I’ll make sure that your pet feels safe and cared for, and has fun while in my care. We will go for walks and play. I will talk to your pet and give them lots of affection and attention, while adhering to their routine. I will send you pictures and updates as well.

I am an older, local resident who is available all year long. I have been life long animal lover and caregiver. I have experience in providing care for pets with disabilities and special needs. I am doing this work because of my love and empathy for animals and people, as much as the extra income. Typically I will watch pets in their own homes as it is not feasible to watch them at mine due to having a cat of mine own. I watch pets throughout Centre County. I’m available to drop in to care for your pets during the day while you are at work, or while you’re away. I can take your dog(s) for walks when it becomes too physically challenging for you or if you would like someone to take them out for fresh air and exercise during the day. I have references if you would like, that I can share with you to vouch for the extra care that I put into all my interactions with pets and their families.

Leslie did a wonderful job taking care of our fur babies. It was extremely nice not to have to worry about them while we were gone. She was quick to respond to our texts when I checked in. She was reliable and trustworthy, and I felt very comfortable with her in our home and with our pups.
Leslie just finished up her third time pet sitting for us. She keeps me informed and sends pictures and seems to genuinely care for them. I trust her completely and am not sure I'd be willing to travel without Tiger if she wasn't available. Highly recommend!
I'm so grateful to have met Leslie. I finally feel like I can travel without either bringing Tiger or worrying the entire time I'm away. She was fantastic with him and I will not hesitate to use her again.
Leslie did such a wonderful job of taking care of our pets, she went above and beyond, taking them for short walks in the snow and bitter cold! She kept us updated through her stay. Will not hesitate to use her again.
