If you’re looking for a Rover who is a cat person, you’ve found one! I have had cats in my home for 14 years, and am currently a joyful cat dad of two adorable kittens. I am excellent at reading cat body language and fostering bonds with kitties. We spent some cat fostering for a few months this summer and have been hosting Rover boardings for the past year. While I am no longer on the market for boarding due to the kittens, I am happy to help with drop-in’s and house sitting. I am happy to accommodate to your pet’s weird quirks and specific needs! I am also experienced giving cats oral and topical medications, administering injections, and giving baths. As someone looking after your cat, I understand how important it is that you know how they are doing — genuinely. I will keep in touch and work with you on strategies to keep them happy, cozy, and cared for while you’re gone. Located near 31st Avenue and Crescent Street in Astoria, a 7 minute walk from the Broadway N/W stop.

I have lots of cat toys if you would like me to bring some, I keep water fresh, bowls clean, and litter scooped! I am very responsive to cat body language and will follow your cat to find out what they are asking for. I place emphasis on building their trust and respecting their boundaries.

Lee is a wonderful cat sitter! Lee watched my cat, Georgia, over the Christmas holiday on short notice. Lee offered to meet Georgia within hours of accepting my request and provided detailed updates and pictures after every drop in visit. I could tell from the pictures that Georgia was comfortable and well cared for! I highly recommend Lee to watch your cat (or dog) and will definitely be using them again!!
Lee is the greatest cat sitter we’ve had yet! Lee is polite, kind, caring, and a great communicator. Lee took care of our Draco as if he was his own. Lee even taught him a few tricks for us with some treats! Lee frequently sent photo updates each day and we could tell Draco was comfortable and happy. We will definitely be calling on Lee again next time we are out of town!

Harmonogram
I work a hybrid office job: Most of the time that’s 2 days at home and 3 days in the office, 9-5. I get an hour lunch I would love to spend with your kitty. For stays, I wake up, give lots of morning pets and feeding, and feed in the afternoon and evening. I like to scoop litter once a day, but am happy to accommodate whatever you and your cat’s preferences are.
