I relocated from Florida two years ago, where I had the pleasure of caring for pets in my home. While I’m no longer able to host, I’d love to come to you and provide top-notch care for your furry family members! I treat every pet like my own, welcoming them into the ‘Spoiled Pets Department’—where extra love and attention are guaranteed! I specialize in caring for senior pets and those with medical needs, providing patient, gentle, and attentive care tailored to their unique routines. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. In addition to being surrounded by them, I also volunteered at a nonprofit rescue in Florida and worked the front desk of a nonprofit spay/neuter clinic. My role there involved answering questions, handling phone calls, checking in clients, and providing discharge instructions and medications. These experiences have deepened my knowledge and passion for pet care, ensuring every animal I look after receives the best care possible.

As I’ve been staying home with my youngest child, I have an incredibly flexible schedule, allowing me to provide pet care whenever you need it. Whether it’s early mornings, late nights, or last-minute plans, I’m here to ensure your pets are well cared for and loved in your absence!

The care I provide depends on each pet’s individual needs. I’ll come over to feed and water them, take them outside for potty breaks, and make sure they get the attention they deserve. For high-energy pets, we’ll play their favorite games to burn off some energy. For my more relaxed clients, I provide plenty of snuggles—though active pups are always welcome to cuddle if they’re up for it! I always approach carefully the first few meetings. I squat down on their level and offer my hand slowly, palm side up. It hasn’t gone wrong yet. If they’re show they need space, I honor that. I would say I’m good at reading their body language.

I love taking dogs on walks and adventures, ensuring they get both exercise and enrichment. And of course, I make sure kitties have just as much fun! We’ll play with their favorite toys, and they might even get a little spoiled in the process. I enjoy bringing treats and toys to make their day extra special—but I always check with their pet parents first!

- I like to make sure I have all the important details to provide the best care possible. This includes any medical concerns, dietary restrictions, and routine medications your pet may need. I also appreciate knowing your pet’s veterinarian, just in case anything unexpected comes up I also love to know what makes your pet happiest—whether it’s a game of fetch, a favorite toy, or a special activity they enjoy. On the other hand, understanding their triggers or anything that makes them uncomfortable is just as important so I can ensure their experience is as stress-free as possible. Knowing their energy level, typical feeding schedule, and any other ‘need-to-know’ details about your pet is always appreciated and highly recommended for the best care.
