Pet care is a regular part of my weekly routine. I currently work at Starbucks with a flexible schedule, which allows me to plan visits and stays around my shifts. I’m often available in the early morning, daytime, evenings, and even late at night. I enjoy spending quality time with pets before or after work and can easily accommodate daily walks, check-ins, or extended stays based on your pet’s needs.

If I’m staying in a client’s home, I make sure to keep things clean and organized while giving their pets plenty of love and attention.

It’s important for me to know about your pet’s daily routine, any medical or behavioral needs, feeding instructions, and what comforts or triggers them. I also like to know how they do with other animals, what their favorite activities are, and if there’s anything specific I should watch out for—like anxiety, allergies, or leash reactivity. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can tailor my care to make your pet feel safe and loved.
A typical day
A typical day starts with a morning walk or potty break, followed by breakfast and some playtime or cuddles. Throughout the day, I adjust activities based on your pet’s energy level—this could include fetch in the backyard, a walk around the neighborhood, or just relaxing and keeping them company. For more energetic pets, I’ll plan enrichment games or even a trip to the park if that’s part of their routine. My goal is always to keep them happy, exercised, and feeling secure.

Hi, I’m Lauren! I’ve cared for dogs, cats, fish, turtles, bunnies, reptiles, and many other sweet pets for over 10 years—helping neighbors, family, friends, and many wonderful families through Rover. I have experience with walking, feeding, giving medications, taking pets to daycare, and more. I’m comfortable caring for pets of all ages and with a wide range of needs. I currently work at Starbucks and am available to spend time with your pets outside of my shifts—whether it’s in the morning, during the day, evening, or even late at night. I believe maintaining a consistent routine is one of the most important parts of pet sitting. Whether it’s following kennel schedules, feeding times, or letting pets out at specific intervals, I’ll make sure your pets feel right at home.
