Laurel has taken care of our pets several times, both indoor cats and backyard chickens, and has shown nothing but love and concern for their well-being and safety. She has also responded very competently to a couple of unexpected health issues with our pets while under her care, and I would trust her to handle not just the everyday needs and happenings, but the harder challenges that can come up. She is very responsive to questions, and communicative about how everything is going. I would not hesitate to have her take care of our pets again.
