Mijn partner en ik werken vanuit huis, waardoor we flexibele uren hebben om overdag op uw hond te letten. Doordat we vanuit huis werken, is er 's nachts constant toezicht. Ik ben echter de enige die verantwoordelijk is voor de verzorging van uw huisdier. In het weekend maken we gegarandeerd lange wandelingen in het park of de natuur, en dagelijks spelen binnenshuis hoort bij onze routine. We kunnen meerdere keren per dag naar buiten gaan – 's ochtends, 's middags en 's avonds – zodat uw huisdier voldoende gelegenheid heeft om zijn behoefte te doen en te bewegen. Dit bevordert een goede nachtrust en de algehele gezondheid. • My partner and I work from home, which gives us flexible hours to pay attention to your doggy during the day. Our home-based lifestyle ensures constant supervision at night. However, I will be the one solely responsible for taking care of your pet. Long walks in the park or nature are guaranteed on weekends, and daily playtime indoors is part of our routine. We can go out several times a day – in the morning, afternoon, and evening – ensuring that the pet has multiple opportunities to relieve itself and get some exercise. This promotes restful sleep and overall health.

Ons huis heeft twee verdiepingen en een tuin van ongeveer 40 m². De begane grond is hun ruimte: een open keuken en eethoek met een bank, en genoeg plek voor de honden. Vanuit deze ruimte is er directe toegang tot de patio. In de winter houden we de deur naar buiten dicht, maar in de zomer staat de deur open zodat ze vrij in en uit kunnen lopen. We gaan ook meerdere keren per dag naar buiten om met de bal te spelen, naast de wandelingen in het park. • Our house has two floors and a garden of around 40m². The ground floor is their space—an open kitchen and dining area with sofa, and plenty of room for the dogs. From this area, there is direct access to the patio. In winter, the door will be kept closed to go outside, but in summer, the door is open so they can freely go in and out. We also go outside several times a day to play ball, in addition to the walks in the park.

A typical day
's Ochtends vroeg gaan we naar het pad rond de atletiekbaan, op slechts 5 minuten van huis, waar we kunnen wandelen of hardlopen, afhankelijk van wat de hond nodig heeft. Eenmaal thuis is het tijd voor het ontbijt (dit was de routine van mijn huisdier, maar als die van jou anders is, is dat geen probleem; alles is aanpasbaar). In de ochtend spelen we nog wat (training of trucjes), gevolgd door een rustpauze om tot rust te komen na alle opwinding. 's Avonds gaan we weer naar buiten om te spelen. Als het tijd is om te rusten, maken we een korte wandeling door de buurt zodat ze hun behoefte kunnen doen. Wij gaan als laatsten naar bed, zodat de huisdieren ontspannen zijn voordat we naar boven gaan. • In the early morning, we will head to the path around the athletics track, just 5 minutes from home, where we can walk or run, depending on the dog’s needs. Once we’re back home, it’s time for breakfast (this was my pet’s routine, but if yours is different, that’s no problem; everything is adjustable). During the morning, we’ll have some more playtime (training or tricks), followed by a rest to wind down after all the excitement. In the evening, we’ll go out again for some playtime. When it’s time to rest, we’ll take a shorter walk around the neighbourhood to give them a chance to relieve themselves. We go to bed last, ensuring the pets are relaxed before we head upstairs.

Net als mijn partner heb ik voor verschillende dieren en hondenrassen gezorgd. Ik leef al met dieren sinds mijn tiende. Ik heb voor pasgeboren puppy's gezorgd en ik heb voor mijn lieve Dana (een 13-jarige beagle) gezorgd tot ze kort geleden is overleden. Ik hecht veel waarde aan training, omdat ik geloof dat het de mentale gezondheid van onze huisdieren ondersteunt en hen in staat stelt een gelukkig leven binnen het gezin te leiden. Door de zorg voor oudere honden heb ik geleerd hoe belangrijk het is om aandacht te besteden aan elk aspect van hun leven, van voeding en beweging tot plezier en hygiëne. Ik zal voor uw huisdier zorgen alsof het mijn eigen huisdier is. Ik zal aandacht hebben voor hun behoeften en ervoor zorgen dat ze blij naar huis gaan. • I have taken care of different animals and dog breeds, just like my partner. I have lived with animals since I was 10 years old. I have cared for newborn puppies and I took care of my lovely Dana (13 yo beagle) until she passed away short ago. I emphasize training because I believe it supports our pets’ mental health and allows them to live a happy life within the family. By taking care of senior dogs, I have learned how essential it is to pay attention to every aspect of their lives, from nutrition and exercise to fun and hygiene. I will take care of your pet as if it were my own. I will be attentive to their needs and ensure they return home happy.

Laura was extremely great at communicating with me regarding the requirements of ralph my dog. She welcomed us into her home to ensure ralph would be settled with her beagle dog Dana, who was very chilled and a lovely little female dog. Laura kept in contact with messaged and pictures of our dog whilst he stayed over at her house. Laura reassured me that my dog was enjoying his stay and he was kept happy. Laura and her partner took the best care of our dog. They treated him as if he was their own and communicated extremely well on how he was doing throughout the time we were gone. I felt comfortable and confident that he was in good hands. Truly can't say enough how grateful we were to come across them for caring for our dog.
Couldn’t be happier! Our (very) anxious dog was incredibly comfortable in the care of Laura and her partner for 10 days. They treated him like their own, and it was no trouble having him there with their own dog. We frequently received updates, and he looked great when we picked him up. We are happy we found our dog a good place, and will definitely let him stay there again if needed.
