Hi! I am a Veterinarian in Grand Island. I graduated from veterinary school in 2023 and I have endless experience with all sorts of animals. I can adjust to any pet’s life style, whether he or she is big, small, blind, elderly, anxiety driven, or etc., I have handled them all! I love spending time with my mini Australian Shepherd, Eleanore and chihuahua, Patricia! If I am lucky enough to be your pet sitter, I can assure that I will provide a safe and loving environment for all. I believe pets are family and should have the greatest care possible, while also providing a worry-free experience for their parents!

I have a pet friendly home with two dogs currently. My dogs are crate trained when I’m away but allow free range of the house when I am home.

Kyla was super with my aging cat. She kept me posted while I was away, ensured that his medication was given correctly, and played with him so he got some exercise. Kyla is passionate and sincere about caring for animals—she’s going to make a great vet! Will definitely rebook when I need to travel again. I rest easy knowing my old boy is in good hands.

Kyla is a kind, gentle, and responsible sitter. She took excellent care of my senior kitty, administering his medications and making sure that he was safe and comfortable while I was away. I felt reassured, knowing that an advanced student of veterinary medicine was checking on my old boy. Communication was super easy and clear, and Kyla always responds timely and with care. Will definitely book with Kyla again.
Kyla did drop in visits for our two cats while we were on a family vacation. We only asked that she fed them and make sure they had water, but she even went so far as to clean up some vomit she noticed on the last day of care (not expected of her). I appreciate her going above and beyond and making sure our cats were cared for in their familiar environment while we were out of the area.
Kyla was great! Sent me daily pictures, gave my cats their daily medication and even brought in the mail for us. She was wonderful and definitely will book again.
