I have always had a pet to care for. My mom was a pet lover and we have rescued and fostered many cats and dogs when I was growing up. Caring for animals has always been a priority for me. I have walked, boarded and done drop ins for neighbors, family, and military members for about ten years. My favorite moment is with a an elderly neighbor who adopted a puppy for the first time. She was overwhelmed and unsure on how to train and exercise him. I was able to give my time and he learned many tricks along with obedience. Watching him grow from a mischievous pup to a loving companion was amazing! I recently lost my husky girl, Ivy. She was my best friend and, though nothing will beat our adventures together, I have lots of love and time to give!
