Petsitter & dog walker in Pberg
I have lived with cats and dogs my whole life. I enjoy the company of cats and would be happy to sometimes look after them for you (mostly drop in visits as I’d prefer to stay in my own home). I am a dog person at heart. I grew up with Rott Weilers and blue heelers so I’m familiar with both large breeds and energetic ones. I’ve also had experience with pet sitting since I was 18. I spend half my time in Australia as I’m Australian and love my job as a paramedic (obviously I can’t work remotely). When I’m there I spend my months house and pet sitting as I’ve yet to buy my own property. As such I have many references already from those experiences and the relationships I’ve built up over the years, which I have saved and can provide on request. I live in Berlin for a little over half of the year with my German husband. While I’m here I don’t do regular work so I’m available for dog walking most days. I’d also be happy to board house trained dogs. Any dogs that stay in my home have to be properly trained so they don’t cause issues for my downstairs neighbours who complain about noise. Plus we live in an Altbau with porous flooring so I can’t risk wee accidents. Due to my lifestyle it would be unfair for me to have my own dog and so I rely on dog sitting/walking for my interactions.

Exceptional care of my 2 large border collies. Followed all normal care arrangements + extra walks and love. Kristy understood the dogs perfectly. Doggies happy on our arrival home after 6 weeks and obviously well cared for. Would absolutely have Kristy look after them again. Easy peace of mind!

Harmonogram
I don’t work in Berlin, I just have an urban sports membership so I can be fairly flexible. I have regular exercise classes that I attend that I won’t change. But otherwise I’m available most of the time and happy to be spontaneous when time permits.

We live in an apartment with an elevator. I also have a crate that I set up for the dogs to sleep in overnight as my bed is too high for their safety.
Typowy dzień
I will walk all dogs within my neighbourhood. I am close to 2 fenced in off-leash dog parks so I'd happily take well socialised dogs to them to get a good run. If your dog likes to play fetch or tug-of-war or any other games I'd be happy to accomodate that as well.

- I would need to know in advance if your dog is friendly with other dogs so I can prepare accordingly. If they are not then I won't take them to dog parks and I will be mindful of other dog interactions in the street. I have looked after dogs with behavioural issues in the past so I am comfortable to do so again.
