We both have 3 years of experience working in the dog and cat boarding/daycare industry and have had pets our whole lives. We gained hands on experience with medication and feeding, health concerns and the sweet senior babes, managing group play, and evaluating behaviors. We have experience with both dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, reactivities, ages and personalities :) We also have gained neonatal kitten experience. We’ve been doing Rover together since 2023, giving your babies the best! We currently have 3 goldens, a pyrenees mix, and cats! We have never used a dog service before and were a bit apprehensive. We did a short test weekend with the girls and it went smoothly. So happy the pups were so happy to be able to stay home vs. a kennel service. After that, we TRUSTED them to care for our boys for 11 days! Not only did Kristie & McKenna feed and water per the request, but they also spent quality time playing and walking the boys each day. They were prompt and communicated with pictures and/or comments. There was never a moment when we felt unsure about the pups being cared for. On the last day of our trip the batteries in the door lock failed, I told them to go ahead and skip the feeding as we would be home later that day, but McKenna kept trying until they were finally able to get in! We truly felt that they cared for our pups as if they were their own. When we arrived home, everything and everyone was as we had left it. Pups were not stressed and clearly liked Kristie and McKenna more than us at this point. There was even a gift bag and Thank you note from the girls which was an example of the care they take in what they do. We will DEFINITELY being using them again and be able to travel more knowing we can count on them when we are gone. They adhered to the feeding schedules and gave them so much love. I was updated regularly with messages and even received adorable photos of the pups, which provided peace of mind and allowed me to fully enjoy my time away. After a bad experience with another sitter, my fiancé and I turned to this perfect mom & daughter pair to take care of our pup while we were away for a long weekend and they DID NOT disappoint. I got notifications of when they showed up, when they left, what they took care of and even pics - Every. Single. Visit - It made us feel 100% confident that our girl was well taken care of. BOOK THEM!! ...no doubt we will again in the future?? 🐾 Kristie and McKenna went above and beyond for our kitties! They even went out of their way to help bring the trash in from the curb and pull inside a package which was so thoughtful and unexpected but so kind! We were out of town for a week and felt very comfortable leaving them in their care while we were away. They took great care of our pets and shared lots of sweet update photos and messages, and we could tell from the photos our normally very skiddish cat became very comfortable and warmed up to them quickly as they were so good with them. We even came home to a sweet card and little goodybag for the cats it was so sweet! Will definitely be using these ladies again in the future for any trips! Thank you ladies!!
