Hello, I’m Kirsten. I have been actively dog sitting for the last 5 years in and around thurmont and the surrounding areas. (Mount airy, woodbine, Frederick, smithsburg, Hagerstown. etc) I do both overnights in your home and boarding opportunities in our home. I can work from home most days which allows a very flexible schedule. I am willing to accommodate for what ever needs are present and will make sure your pet is well taken care of. Kiersten took good care of Brody, our senior dog the day and overnight after Christmas so our two visiting granddogs could have free roam of house and yard and not disturb our king Brody!
My sweet pittie is a snuggly love and is also quite strong, high energy, and reactive to other dogs. That said, it can be tough to find someone who is up to care for all parts of him. Kirsten and her husband were awesome with him! Kirsten was flexible with timing, receptive to his particulars, and provided daily updates with pictures. He looked right at home and at ease in her space.
Kirsten did a great job with my dog Star. Star seemed very comfortable and happy with her. Will definitely be a repeat customer with Kirsten.
Kirsten and her fiancé watched our anxious pup overnight for the first time—we appreciated their flexibility and keeping him safe and comfortable!
Kirsten was such an amazing person that was so kind and took great care of Abraham!! He absolutely loved her!!
Kirsten took great care of Kona! She provided daily updates and was flexible about the entire stay. Kona came back tired and happy. Highly recommend her the next time you are looking for a sitter!!

I do have a fenced in yard, no restrictions at my home as far as where the dog can go, they can sleep in my bed if they would like.

I love to be outside, so I prefer to bring the dog out as much as possible to just sit in the sun or go on a walk.
